Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Work-From-Home Data Entry and Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for data entry, including accurately and efficiently entering customer information into our database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
