Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries on arenaflex's website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer queries
  • Handling customer support requests concerning returns, re-ordering, and other common issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Collaborating effectively across channels to ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with colleagues to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with arenaflex's offerings and services to provide informed support
  • Utilizing various tools and platforms to manage customer interactions, including email, live chat, and social media
