Job Responsibilities
As a Statistical Modeling and Predictive Analytics Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Applying statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Developing and implementing statistical models to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining complex statistical models and predictive analytics algorithms
- Assisting in the development of data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Escalating issues and roadblocks as they occur and working with the team to resolve them
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to provide semi-regular data updates and insights
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques, including regression analysis, time series analysis, and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
