Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing store network processes, ensuring stock accuracy, and driving business growth through data analysis and process improvement. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing store network processes and ensuring stock accuracy through data analysis and process improvement
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve day-to-day issues and drive business growth
• Analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Leading execution audits of promotional divisions, distribution centers, and providers
• Providing recommendations for corrective action to key stakeholders
• Collaborating with business partners to identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including providers and carriers
• Providing guidance and direction to team members on process improvements and best practices
• Identifying areas of opportunity for cost reduction and process efficiency
• Developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives
• Analyzing the impact and benefits of process improvements on internal cycles

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data analysis tools, including SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, including lean and Six Sigma
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers and develop solutions that meet business needs

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or PowerBI
• Certification in data analysis, process improvement, or a related field
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services
