Job Responsibilities:

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting customers with product and service inquiries
  • Interacting with customers nationwide to resolve support issues, sell new products, and ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Utilizing systems and technology for account management tasks and sales opportunities
  • Appropriately escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial team for resolution
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective call handling and problem-solving

Essential Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
