Role Overview

As an Amazon Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach in every interaction, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate support. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
