Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services, escalating complex cases to senior support specialists when necessary. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services, including hardware, software, and network-related problems
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support specialists when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including vendors and partners, to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
  • Conduct issue analysis to identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical and soft skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, help desk, or related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and network protocols
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Apple certification (Apple Genius)

  • A+ certification
  • Experience with internal server/centralized computer applications, such as Offers, QIK, IBM/TSO/TPX, and Staff
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, including CRM software and ticketing systems
