Key Capabilities:

* 3+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on technical support and problem-solving

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with Apple products and services, including iOS, macOS, and iCloud
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, business administration, or communications

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on technical support and problem-solving
