As a Customer Service Representative/Cashier at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Greeting customers in a professional and friendly way, scheduling appointments, and collecting vehicle and customer information.
- Preparing R.O's, arranging towing and temporary transportation, and maintaining automotive records by recording problems.
- Keeping the customer service area clean and orderly, processing customer invoices and payments, and completing customer appointment reminder processes.
- Stocking parts and supplies, and performing light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.).
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:- Light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.), basic data entry, basic computer skills, and basic math skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic estimating knowledge, product knowledge, and a quality focus.
- Productivity, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately follow processes and procedures.
- Auto industry experience is preferred but not required.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
