Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative - Work From Home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, or chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a professional manner. You will also maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, document customer interactions and feedback accurately, and meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

Requirements
