Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and make recommendations.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our systems to improve processes and services.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and arenaflex products.
  • Uphold arenaflex standards for quality, performance, and compliance.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, especially in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
