Position Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our members have an outstanding entertainment experience. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, and guiding members through arenaflex's features to ensure an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
• Guide members through arenaflex's features and ensure an optimal user experience, providing personalized support and recommendations.
• Document and track customer interactions using internal systems, maintaining accurate records and metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

* Residency: Must be based in the United States.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred). + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).

• Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication. + Problem-solving and multitasking abilities. + Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns. + Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
