Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Engaging with members to understand their unique needs and preferences
  • Educating members about their health care benefits, Aetna policies, and resources
  • Providing emotional connections with members to champion their best health
  • Anticipating customer needs and proactively addressing concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location
  • Ability to be empathetic and compassionate
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and production standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Understanding of medical terminology

  • Ability to work across boundaries and handle service challenges

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $31.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your compensation, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
