Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or written correspondence
- Engaging with members to understand their unique needs and preferences
- Educating members about their health care benefits, Aetna policies, and resources
- Providing emotional connections with members to champion their best health
- Anticipating customer needs and proactively addressing concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location
- Ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Experience in a production environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and production standards

* Understanding of medical terminology

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
