Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our Client Coordinator Department, you'll be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing them with exceptional support. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every client experiences the highest level of service, and you'll work closely with our Client Relationship Managers and other support staff to achieve this objective.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, order history, and other relevant information

  • Provide clients with additional product offerings aimed at strengthening their businesses
  • Coordinate routine interactions between clients, Client Relationship Managers, and other support staff to ensure exceptional service
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) to manage client data, documents, and communications
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Manage large volumes of emails from multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Demonstrate a high level of organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Participate in various company activities and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • Familiarity with and experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document organization
  • Basic computational skills, including converting fractions to decimals, division, multiplication, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of emails from multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Highly organized, self-starter, who is detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience

  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
