Position Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for various tasks related to financial document management and data analysis. Your primary duties will include:

  • Preparing review engagement working paper files
  • Maintaining a comprehensive filing system for all financial documents
  • Automating bank reconciliation, focusing on collection processes and troubleshooting unbalanced branch deposits
  • Preparing weekly cash inflow forecasts and assisting in cash flow forecasting
  • Resolving client billing issues and providing weekly updates to the operations team on accounts receivable delinquency
  • Performing month-end accounts receivable reconciliations
  • Analyzing customer and product/course sales trends
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
  • Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant

Qualifications

While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals with:

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is preferred
