Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing child support payments in the SDU system according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Performing additional duties as assigned, which may include data analysis, research, and organization
- Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Collecting, researching, organizing, and analyzing data as needed
- Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, patience, and courtesy
