Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database system, updating current records, and ensuring the integrity of our data. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Recording, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of multiple types of data into our database system
- Entering information into our work order and document control system, as well as completing manual forms as needed
- Possessing a thorough understanding of our document control and record files
- Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
- Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
- Knowledge of photocopying and scanning
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with our team and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and timelines
- Coordinating activities with plant supervisors, maintenance, and other personnel to optimize performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move from place to place in all areas of production, and climb ladders or platforms while wearing all safety and production-related equipment
- Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
