Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You'll provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies, and assist customers with booking, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related issues. You'll also resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies.
  • Assist customers with booking, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Document and update customer records accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Stay updated with arenaflex policies, procedures, and promotions.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling issues.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software.
