Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in providing exceptional support to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact, offering assistance and resolving inquiries from passengers in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
