Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and success

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Utilize SQL, Python, and R to access and analyze large datasets
• Develop and implement machine learning models to predict business outcomes and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise storytelling
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business development

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst in an industry or business setting
• Strong SQL, Python, and R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, and data visualization
• Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and success
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience presenting data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Scene, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly)
• Knowledge of marketing funnels, join pipes, and trade spaces
• Experience identifying and addressing issues to senior leadership
• Counseling foundation, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with partners, colleagues, and technical stakeholders
