Overview of the Role

As an E-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service experiences, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication, adhering to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage.

  • Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, ensuring they understand the benefits and terms of our services.
  • Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved and satisfaction is met.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex offerings.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by management to support the growth and success of the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Ability to be on video call as required during working hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience and/or training, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service experiences

  • Familiarity with home maintenance and repair services, or a willingness to learn and grow in this area

Essential Functions

* Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, contractors, and business partners
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $15 to $17 per hour, depending on skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location
