Job Summary

As a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to enter alpha and numeric data using various data entry devices and software applications. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals

  • Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
  • Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve data entry issues and improve processes
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience in a data entry work environment

  • 3+ months of experience working with Windows-based applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software applications, such as Microsoft Excel or Access

  • Knowledge of data entry best practices and quality control procedures
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Certification in data entry or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
