Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, text, chat, social media, and other communication channels
  • Helping pet parents understand our insurance and non-insurance products and how they can protect their furry companions
  • Building and strengthening customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
  • Navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries
  • Utilizing productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An active Property & Casualty Producer license
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center or veterinary clinic
  • Proven ability to build and strengthen customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
  • Strong experience navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries
  • Proficiency with productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite
  • In-depth familiarity with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.)
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a genuine passion for pets, and excitement to work in a start-up environment
