Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent email handling skills
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize and prioritize customers' needs
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Solid sales acumen and a determination to succeed
  • Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute
  • Personal accountability and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Contact Center background preferred, but not required
