Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Schedule

We're flexible and understand that life can be unpredictable. Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your needs, with the following hours:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions
  • Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required
