About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Part Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll play a vital role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in ensuring the accurate input of all claim details while consistently meeting our established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by our clients

  • Digitize claims using the designated format provided by arenaflex
  • Ensure accurate input of all claim details
  • Meet established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies

Requirements:

* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research

  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or practice management systems (PMS)
  • Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CMC)

  • Estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-$33,250.
