Key Responsibilities & Duties

As a Remote Customer Experience Travel Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Outstanding Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries across email, chat, and phone with a caring, professional tone, ensuring that clients receive personalized and timely support.
  • Manage Transportation, Accommodations, Insurance, and Other Travel Services: Based on client needs, you'll expertly manage travel arrangements, ensuring seamless and stress-free experiences.
  • Promote Travel Packages: Utilize promotional materials and strategies to market tours, itineraries, and deals, highlighting special offers and discounts to boost customer value.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Identify, address, and solve customer problems, escalating complex cases as needed, and providing accurate, complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Document interactions, update accounts, and file relevant documents, adhering to established procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistent service.

Qualifications
