Job Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with website visitors and providing answers to their questions through live chat on various businesses' websites and social media accounts. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support queries through live chat on various businesses' websites and social media accounts

• Address support inquiries from existing customers and respond to sales questions from potential new customers
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Essential Qualifications
