Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in customer service to join our Remote Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician – Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries, orders, and re-orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a fair and efficient manner
  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
  • Clarifying orders as needed
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, preferably in a long-term care (LTC) setting
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems
  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT)
  • Experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
