Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and text. This is a seasonal position that will conclude on 1/15/2024, offering the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a lasting impact on our customers' lives.
Seasonal Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
* Place orders over the phone, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Acknowledge and resolve customer issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Answer product questions, return requests, and order status inquiries with confidence and accuracy
- Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text
- Perform other customer service, operations, and administrative duties as needed
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements:
* Fast learner who can quickly capture and understand new concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone skills and pleasant phone demeanor
- Organized with attention to detail
- Strong PC Skills
- Able to work independently
- Patience in handling a diverse array of customer needs and requests
- Must be dedicated, responsible, positive-minded, trustworthy, and organized
- Personal PC or MAC with high-speed internet
- 2+ years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience shopping online
- Call center experience a plus
Available Schedules:
* Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11 am and 8 pm
- Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm
Available Shifts and Compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
