Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Technical Certifications: Relevant technical certifications, such as CompTIA or Cisco
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and/or French
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in the technology industry, with a focus on customer support and technical services
