Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers, resolving their challenges, and providing them with exceptional service experiences. You'll work closely with our sales team, using your problem-solving skills and product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, providing them with timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to resolve customer challenges and provide them with exceptional service experiences.
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues, with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers, using your product knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve their challenges and meet their needs.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home (for hybrid work arrangements).
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
- Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
