Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

  • Assist with flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and refund requests, providing accurate and timely information to our customers.
  • Handle baggage claims and address inquiries about lost or damaged luggage, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offer real-time support during flight disruptions, such as delays or cancellations, providing reassurance and guidance to our customers.
  • Promote arenaflex's loyalty programs and services to enhance the overall customer experience, increasing customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure a seamless experience for every passenger, upholding our commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or call center environment
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to manage challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including customer service platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong multitasking abilities, including handling different customer service channels simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work
