Job Summary

As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, updating client and company information, and ensuring the integrity of client taxes. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into internal and external systems, including client employee payroll information and personal employee information

• Update client and company information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
• Ensure the integrity of client taxes by accurately inputting and loading required information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and company information
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve any data entry-related issues or concerns
• Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

• Experience working in a fast-paced data entry environment
• Knowledge of data entry software and systems
• Certification in data entry or a related field
