The Role

As a Part Time Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients' customers. You'll be the face of our brand, engaging with customers through live chat on business websites and social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues through live chat
  • Engaging with both existing and potential new customers, assisting with support and sales-related questions
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences across multiple channels
  • Adhering to guidelines and instructions while working independently
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
