Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Benefits Administration

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our Global Benefits Administration team, working closely with local HR and Specialty units to provide world-class benefits and wellness programs to our global colleagues. What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in global benefits and wellness programs
• Collaborating with local HR and Specialty units to develop and implement benefits and wellness programs that meet the needs of our global colleagues
• Assessing the effectiveness of vendor services and making recommendations for improvements
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing vendor relationships
• Creating and implementing wellness programs and activities for our global colleagues
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

What You'll Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and research, with a focus on global benefits and wellness programs
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• High-level knowledge of global benefits industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Experience with global benefits administration software and systems
• Certification in benefits administration or a related field
