EbizON || Dotdigital Email Marketing Expert
We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist remotely with 5–6 years of experience and at least 2 years of strong, hands-on expertise in Dotdigital. The role involves building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, automation programs, omnichannel journeys, segmentation, and reporting for B2C & B2B brands. You will drive revenue through data-led email strategies and deep platform integrations. Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot is a plus, but Dotdigital expertise is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys: welcome, retention, re-engagement, post-purchase, loyalty.
- Create omnichannel strategies across Email, SMS, Web Push & WhatsApp.
- Own the lifecycle roadmap for assigned brands.
- Build, test, and launch campaigns and automated flows.
- Use dynamic personalization, segmentation, and scoring.
- Maintain campaign calendars and run A/B tests.
- Use Dotdigital’s RFM models, segment builder, and data syncing.
- Work with integrations (Shopify/Magento/BigCommerce/CRM/APIs).
- Maintain list hygiene and follow deliverability best practices.
- Track performance: OR, CTR, CVR, revenue attribution, ROI.
- Improve inbox placement & sender reputation.
- Deliver performance insights and recommendations.
- Work with design, content, and development teams.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Participate in client calls and strategy reviews.
- 5–6 years in email marketing.
- Minimum 2 years dedicated Dotdigital experience.
- Strong automation, segmentation & personalization skills.
- Good understanding of eCommerce or B2B journeys.
- Basic–intermediate HTML email editing.
- Solid grasp of deliverability and performance analytics.
- Experience in Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Braze.
- Knowledge of SMS, WhatsApp & omnichannel journeys.
- Experience with CDPs or CRM systems.
- Relevant certifications (Dotdigital, HubSpot, etc.)
