Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. You'll guide customers through the ordering process, resolve post-order issues, and utilize a range of software tools to address client concerns. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.

  • Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
  • Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve international customer concerns.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment to achieve department goals and objectives.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

+ High school graduation or its equivalent + Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries + Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders + Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs + Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities + Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings + A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy + Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service + Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian

* Competitive salary: $19.00 per hour (base pay ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market)
