Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support experiences and resolving issues efficiently

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers by providing proactive and reactive support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CSM, CSS)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
