Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Stage Services and Tasks team. As a Work Process Frameworks Examiner, you'll be responsible for planning and developing critical work process tooling at scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software through top-tier designing experiences, effective work processes, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and develop pivotal work process tooling at scale

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Design and develop dashboards to visualize key data and metrics
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and implement data-driven insights to drive business decisions
• Work with stakeholders to integrate insights into dynamic monitoring and control cycles
• Screen and report on the results of your contributions to senior management
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive work process improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of professional experience in software development, data analysis, or technical project management

• Experience in planning and driving execution across diverse partner groups towards a unified objective
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Quality Management
• Ability to blend key performance metrics, present strategy and process suggestions to all levels of management
• Successful at investigating and reporting work processes/processes into work process graphs
• Working with data; questioning and representation, the presentation of quantitative data, utilizing Scene
• Driving client connections; open to presenting to groups, gathering and carrying out feedback

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Highly skilled in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, including advanced Scene development
• Demonstrated history of influencing positive results across a dispersed organization with formal organizational change methods
• Knowledge of DevOps metrics, and LEAN software delivery principles
• Programming experience; understanding of form pipelines, combining, test frameworks and strategies, and the delivery of code

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, including Scene
• Experience with data-driven insights and business intelligence tools

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
