Job Overview

As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, finance, and dealership inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients through online chat, providing precise information about our products and services, and converting inquiries into valuable leads for our dealer clients. Key Responsibilities

* Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, ensuring that each interaction is prompt, professional, and tailored to the customer's specific needs.

  • Deliver precise information regarding products and services to customers via chat, leveraging your knowledge of our evolving offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Schedule appointments based on customer requests and needs, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with our dealer clients.

Required Skills
