Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data analysis team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain complex data models, including data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes
• Design and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

• Strong SQL skills with a working knowledge of data sets, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
• Ability to develop production-level code using languages such as Python, R, or SAS
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Knime, OBIEE, Alteryx, etc.)
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including exploratory and statistical procedures
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) work and data integration
• Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
