Your Role

As a part-time remote Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to customers who call our retail stores and respond to emails. You'll be the go-to expert for all things related to our products and services, and your goal will be to deliver nothing-but-wonderful experiences that leave our customers feeling seen, heard, and valued.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email support, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused

  • Learn and master our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Utilize internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication
  • Identify and resolve customer pain points, developing creative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide informed and engaging support to customers

Requirements

* Ability to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)

  • A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Reliable laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit

* Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail or phone-based environment

  • Experience working from home or remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and adaptability
