The Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email. You will provide accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation procedures for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your primary goal will be to find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

  • Offer accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation procedures for various travel and hotel services
  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Fluency in Danish (written and spoken)

  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
