Job Description:

As a Data Entry/Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Supporting change management and departmental initiatives:

You'll contribute to the implementation of new processes and procedures, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.

Meeting quality and service standards:

You'll deliver high-quality work, meeting or exceeding departmental standards for accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Processing routine and non-routine claims:

You'll apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Maintaining accurate member records:

You'll verify dates, names, salary figures, and other information provided by groups, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records.

Applying policy provisions:

You'll determine eligibility and confirm effective dates for benefit elections based on contractual guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Providing exceptional customer service:

You'll consider the customer experience in all actions, recognizing what needs to be done to meet their needs and demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

Education and Experience:

High school or GED (minimum required); no prior experience required

Skills and Abilities:
