Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy and medical services teams by providing exceptional customer service, processing patient and medication data, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time remote opportunity that requires a strong foundation in data entry, customer service, and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Process patient and medication data using arenaflex's pharmacy and medical services systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, either through phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Enter patient and medication data into arenaflex's systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete data issues, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
  • Settle all data entry-related issues and special cases, and escalate to senior-level staff as needed
  • Provide support to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, both in-office and remotely
  • Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintain a current and active permit or certification

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, data entry, and software applications
  • Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, and completing online forms
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills, including 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy technician experience with a certification or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
