Job Summary
As a Remote Email/Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via email and live chat. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers via email and live chat
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment
- Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
Work Environment
