Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions with ease and finesse
  • Utilize arenaflex's computer system to access customer information, process orders, and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and arenaflex's computer system
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary, starting at $15.00/hour, with opportunities for automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years

  • Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual specialists
