Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Assisting in producing a positive, professional, and safe work environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files + Identify and resolve data entry errors

  • Administrative Support:

+ Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner + Handle correspondence, including mail and packages + Provide administrative support to the team, as needed

  • Communication:

+ Communicate effectively with colleagues and management + Provide clear and concise information to stakeholders + Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Organization:

+ Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files + Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively + Meet deadlines and achieve goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No experience, willing to train
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times
  • Excellent social skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to translate and use company policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and within a group environment
