Job Description

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed
  • Assist with overflow work and other duties as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
